Casting Call

The stage play “You Betta Ask Somebody” explores the personal relationships between men and women that put them at risk for contracting HIV. Ex-con Donovan, has been released from a two year stint in prison and is back with his girlfriend Kendra. To their dismay, Donovan’s risky behavior in prison comes back to haunt them when he is informed his old cell mate is HIV positive. Meanwhile Kendra has been having an affair with a married man, Dan. Dan is expecting his first child with his wife, Shelia.
